This is the new Carpenters Trusts of Western Washington site. Fortunately one doesn't need to do a lot of navigating to find forms. There is a menu on the left of the page with categories, in each category there is a link for Forms. From there you should find what you need. You are encouraged to get familiar with this site as there is a wealth of information on your trusts therein.
